The program focuses on fostering leadership, customer service excellence, and business acumen, preparing graduates to become innovative, responsible, and effective leaders in the global hospitality sector.

Dr. Olivia R. Ayangco-Reyes

Dean, College of Accountancy

Dr. Olivia R. Ayanco-Reyes is a dedicated educator, a passionate mentor, and advocate of excellence in the field of accounting education. With over 40 years of experience in both academe and the accounting industry, she has consistently demonstrated a commitment to academic rigor, ethical leadership, and innovation in the accounting education. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a holder of Doctorate in Business Administration from San Pablo Colleges. She has co-authored a book โ€œ Synergizing Public Accounting and Education Economicsโ€, delivered lectures in various fora and presented a paper in an international forum in Thailand. Under her leadership and genuine care for students, the department has produced CPAs who are not only technically competent but also ethically grounded and are now successful in various fields of accounting in both private and government institutions.

Her industry experience as an Accounting Officer at the Los Banos based Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research and Agriculture ((SEAMEO SEARCA)and the ASEAN Center for Biodiversity (ACB) brought her to various countries in Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam) and Canadafor meetings , conferences and lectures. She also handles accounts of some businesses as part of her public accounting practice.

Because of her noted achievements, her secondary school recognized her as one of the Dangal ng Paladian Awardees in 2023.
