On site Registration Procedures

  1. All incoming first-year college students seeking admission to the college department of San Pablo Colleges must submit to the Dean where he/she intends to enroll the following requirements.

a. SHS Grade 12 Report Card

b. Certificate of Good Moral Character and

c. Two (2) identical 2" X 2" colored pictures with white background with a name tag.

  1. All applicants who have complied with the admission requirements are screened by the concerned department before they are allowed to take the Entrance Examination.

  2. All applicants shall pay an admission fee at the Cashier's Office.

  3. After the payment of the admission fee, all applicants must secure the Admission Kit to the Admission Office which includes; two (2) Admission Forms, SPC Primer with Academic Information, and Admission and Enrollment Procedures.

  4. All applicants shall accomplish the Admission Form in duplicate copies with Two (2) identical 2" X 2" pictures to secure a schedule for the San Pablo Colleges Admission Test.

  5. Take the San Pablo Colleges Admission Test (SPCAT) at the Guidance Unit.

  6. The result of the SPCAT will be available at the Dean's Office three days after the scheduled examination.

  7. All applicants who complied with the enrollment requirements such as F-138, Certificate of Good Moral, and Examination Result shall be scheduled for an interview by the respective department deans.

  8. Based for admitting students are as follows:

a. Scholastic Standing - 33.33%

b. Entrance Examination - 33.33%

c. Interview Result - 33.33%

Entrance Requirements

The entrance requirements for collegiate courses and graduate school shall be as prescribed by the CHED and for Juris Doctor students as prescribed by the Legal Education Board (LEB), while for Caregiving Course NC II as prescribed by TESDA. No student will be considered enrolled unless he/she has submitted the complete admission requirements

For Freshmen

Applicants should take the SPC Admission Test (SPCAT).

The following documents required:

  • Original and Photocopy of Form 138 (SHS Grade 12 Card)

  • Original and Photocopy of Form 137 (JHS Grade 7 - 10 School Student Permanent Record)

  • Four (4) I.D pictures (2" X 2") (Colored with white background and name tag)

  • Certificate of Good Moral Character signed by the SHS Principal/Guidance Counselor

  • National Career Assessment Examination (NCAE) result if any

  • PSA authenticated Birth Certificate, If it is not readable, submit the one issued by the Local Civil Registrar

  • For a female married applicant, submit a photocopy of the Marriage Contract (PSA authenticated).

For Transferees

Applicants should take the SPC Admission Test (SPCAT).

Credentials required

  • Transfer Credential Form (Honorable Dismissal Form) issued by the Registrar of the last school attended.

  • Certification of Grades for evaluation purposes

  • Original Transcript of Records with the remark "Copy for San Pablo Colleges"

  • Certification of Good Moral Character

  • PSA authenticated Birth Certificate. If it is not readable, submit the one issued by the Local Civil Registrar

  • For a female married applicant, submit a photocopy of the Marriage Contract (PSA authenticated)

For Foreign Students

For Juris Doctor Students

The applicant shall take the SPC College of Law Admission Test

  • SPCCLAT Result

Requirements

  • Must have earned eighteen (18) units of English, six (6) units of Mathematics, and eighteen (18) units of Social Science subjects in their bachelor's degree (CMO No. 46s. 1996 & LEB Manual Article III, Section 16)

  • Certificate of General Weighted Average of 2.5 or 80% and above (LEB Manual Article V, Section 23, page 13)

  • C-1 (Certificate of Eligibility in the Law Course)

  • Certification of grades for evaluation purposes

  • Original Transcript of Records with the remark "Copy for San Pablo Colleges"

  • PSA authenticated Birth Certificate. If it is not readable, submit the one issued by the Local Civil Registrar

  • For a female married applicant, submit a photocopy of the Marriage Contract (PSA authenticated)

For Graduate School Students

  • MBA applicant: BSBA/BSA graduate, if not, he/she is required to take eighteen (18) units of Professional Business Education Subjects

  • MA applicant: BSED/BEED graduate, if not, he/she is required to take eighteen (18) units of Professional Education Subjects

*Photocopy of Valid PRC I.D (LET)

  • MA in Guidance Counseling applicant: AB Psych, BS Psych, BSEd in Guidance and Counseling graduate, if not, he/she is required to take 18 units of Professional subjects in Guidance and Counseling

  • MAN applicant: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, *Photocopy of Valid PRC I.D (NLE)

  • EdD applicant: MA degree holder with Thesis, if not, he/she is subject to evaluation of unit requirement in Professional Education Subjects

  • DBA applicant: MBA/MM degree holder with Thesis, if not, he/she shall take MBA 113a (Prosition Paper)

  • Interview by the Dean of Graduate School

  • Certification of Grades for evaluation purposes

  • Original Transcript of Records with the remark "Copy for San Pablo Colleges"

  • PSA authenticated Birth Certificate. If it is not readable, submit the one issued by the Local Civil Registrar
