ADMISSION
Introduction
Propelled by its commitment to provide technology-driven instruction, quality research and pro-active community engagement, the Undergraduate Unit of San Pablo Colleges offers a wide array of degree programs with different levels of accreditation by the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA). The degree and certificate programs are offered under its different departments: College of Accountancy, College of Business Administration and HRM/HM, College of Education, College of Arts and Sciences, College of Computer Studies, College of Nursing/Midwifery and Caregiving, College of Physical Therapy, and College of Radiologic Technology. These departments are composed of competent department heads and dedicated faculty members.

Procedures (New and Transferees)

Step 1
REGISTRARS’ OFFICE

Admission Section

A new/transferee student must submit the registration requirements for evaluation by the Admission Officer and accomplished application form.

He/She shall:

  • Secure payment slip and pay testing fee to the Cashier
  • Return to the Registrar’s Office for scheduling of entrance exam.
Step 2
OFFICE OF STUDENT SERVICES (OSS)

He/She shall:

  • Proceed to the OSS for scheduled Entrance Exam and issuance of Admission Kit.
  • Take the entrance exam as schedule.
Step 3
DEAN’S OFFICE

Proceed to the Dean’s Office for the result of the entrance exam. Get and fill-up the Pre-Enrollment Form (SPC Form No. 1). This will be checked by the Department’s Clerk, approved and signed by the Dean.

Step 4
STUDENTS ACCOUNTS & ASSESSMENT SECTION

Student presents SPC Form No. 1 to the Students Accounts Section. Accounts Clerk computes fees and provides form for payment.

Step 5
CASHIER

Student presents the SPC Form No. 1 and form for payment and pays fees to the Cashier. Cashier issues Official Receipt (O.R.) attached to SPC Form No. 1.

Step 6
REGISTRAR’S OFFICE

Student submits accomplished SPC Form No. 1 together with the attached O.R. and credentials to the Record’s Clerk assigned to his/her department.

Record’s Clerk receives signs and encodes SPC Form No. 1 and releases this to the student.

Step 7
STUDENTS ACCOUNTS & ASSESSMENT SECTION

Student presents SPC Form No. 1 and O.R. to the Students Accounts Section. Accounts Clerk records the transaction, prints, signs and releases the official registration form marked “OFFICIALLY ENROLLED” with the official receipt.

Procedures (Old Students)

Step 1
DEAN’S OFFICE

Student must get and fill-up the Pre-
Enrollment Form (Form 1). This will be
checked by the Department’s Clerk,
approved and signed by the Dean.

Step 2
STUDENT ACCOUNTS & ASSESSMENT SECTION

Student presents SPC Form No. 1 to the
Students Accounts Section. Accounts
Clerk computes fees and provides form for
payment.

Step 3
CASHIER

Student presents the SPC Form No. 1 and
form for payment and pays fees to the
Cashier. Cashier issues Official Receipt
(O.R.) attached to SPC Form No. 1.

Step 4
RECORDS SECTION

Student submits accomplished SPC Form
No. 1 together with the attached O.R. to
the Record’s Clerk assigned to his/her
department.
Record’s Clerk receives, signs and
encodes SPC Form No. 1 and releases this
to the student.

Step 5
STUDENTS ACCOUNTS  & ASSESSMENT SECTION

Student presents SPC Form No. 1 and
Official Receipt of payment to the
Students Accounts Section. Accounts
Clerk records the transaction, prints, signs
and releases the official registration form
marked “OFFICIALLY ENROLLED”
with the official receipt.

Step 6
MEDICAL CLINIC (MAIN)

Student proceeds to the school clinic for
physical and dental examination at the main
campus.

Step 7
ID

Student proceeds to the Mass Comm Lab,
2 ND floor of ALIP Building for picture taking & I.D.
